External billing for SHIPVAM
The SHIPVAM Shopify app may charge for paid features or subscriptions outside of the Shopify Billing API, in line with Shopify’s requirements for apps that have received approval to bill merchants externally.
What this means for merchants
Subscription fees, usage charges, or other paid services for SHIPVAM are handled through ShipVam’s own billing and account systems, not through Shopify’s in-admin billing checkout. Pricing, terms, and payment methods are communicated when you subscribe or upgrade through ShipVam, not through Shopify’s billing screens.
Using the integration requires an active ShipVam service arrangement (including API access where applicable). Account setup, billing, and credentials are managed through ShipVam’s processes and customer portal, separate from Shopify checkout for app charges.
