1. Agreement

By installing or using the Shipvam Shopify app (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Who we are

The App is provided by Shipvam EOOD (“Shipvam”, “we”, “us”), Bulgaria.

3. What the App does

The App helps merchants:

retrieve shipping rates,
create shipments/labels via Shipvam services,
track shipments, and
view finance summaries derived from shipment/order-related data.

4. Shipvam API key and requests

The App may use an API key configured by you within Shopify (stored as a Shopify metafield) to send authorized requests to Shipvam endpoints. You are responsible for keeping the key accurate and for using the App in accordance with these Terms.

5. Third-party services

The App relies on Shopify and Shipvam third-party systems. We are not responsible for failures or changes in those systems.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shipvam will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms or if required to protect the service or comply with law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts in Bulgaria, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
